v0.23.0 · Buying guide and car receivers

New

Quick valuation is now a buying guide for the lot. One card shows the most you should pay and the offer to open with, and how many live listings back them up. The charts are one tap below.

Every agreed purchase now names the person who will receive the car. Pick them on the deal card and Home shows them the hand-over. During the hold, a manager can hand it back to the Branch’s managers. Managers

Offers above your Branch’s limit, set as a share of the market median, now wait for a manager to approve them before they reach the customer. Managers

The customer sheet shows the price of the car they’re buying, their trade-in allowance and the balance, whichever way it goes.

Pressing New starts a full appraisal straight away. Quick valuation is still there under Start something else.

Not bought shows how far each lost offer was from the most you could have paid. People shows which appraiser made each offer, and how their recon plan compared with the final cost. Owners

Improved

Owner numbers in Inventory are more trustworthy. Gross uses each car’s current market price and its recorded cost, and cars missing a price, a market match or a cost are counted separately instead of skewing the totals. Owners

Every count in Inventory opens the exact list of cars behind it.

Price drops for aged cars follow one rule. The car page, Inventory, Home, bulk pricing and Insights all suggest the same step, and bulk pricing only offers a step once it’s due and never raises a price.

A price suggestion you dismiss stays dismissed after the overnight market update, and “Why it isn’t selling” points to the same next step as the suggestion.

Prices round to the nearest AED 100 before saving, so the price you see is the price that’s saved.

The price sheet compares your offer and recon with dated market evidence.

Customer search finds records beyond the first page, and never matches on details you aren’t allowed to see.

Finance can print any agreement it can see, including completed ones. Finance

Arabic reads more naturally. Activity lines start with the person’s name, and ad conditions and colours such as Tan, Cream and Navy are translated.

Fixed

An out-of-date screen can no longer change a car. If someone else got there first, the sale, reservation, transfer or status change is refused and nothing is saved.

A sold car shows the price and VAT from its own deal, not today’s asking price. A car sold while on transfer can no longer be received at the other Branch.

Evaluate this listing keeps its result when the competing ads finish loading.

A car with only a few listings no longer says there’s no market evidence.

Mark ready asks for the missing prep evidence, and reopening prep on a car that’s already been handed over is refused with the reason.

Undoing an import puts back exactly the car that was there before.

The deal card shows the real date the car was received, the approval reminder disappears once an offer is approved, and a customer sheet that fails to print says why.

v0.22.0 · Clickable counts and sourced figures

New

Every stock count opens the cars it counts, so any number on a dashboard is one click from the list behind it.

Sales, buyers and finance can now read your approval policies, and each policy shows which Branches its numbers cover.

Both guided demo tours now walk through a full appraisal.

Improved

Appraisal figures keep their market source, date and cost targets, so a reopened appraisal shows what the decision was based on.

Sales executives see their own work first, and can pick several Market trims at once.

Appraisal controls on a phone stay readable in English and Arabic, and Clear buttons say which value they clear.

Saved cover photos open in the photo viewer, and Inventory explains when an extended warranty end date is missing.

SUV is translated the same way everywhere in Arabic, and keyboard users can reach everything in a Help sheet.

Fixed

If a save might not have gone through, DealRevs keeps your change and refreshes every screen it affects.

Older approvals show only what was recorded at the time, never a guessed detail.

Turning a quick valuation into an appraisal recovers if the first try fails.

v0.21.0 · Offline-safe capture and consistent Arabic

New

Appraisal answers survive a weak signal. Each answer stays on screen until it’s saved and saves again when the connection returns, and leaving with unsaved changes asks first.

The car page explains why a due time is missing.

Improved

History checks cost less. A paid check is charged once, and a check that’s already stored runs free.

Arabic uses one term for each idea across the whole app.

Inventory columns use plain words, and the menu now says Prep board and Approval policies.

On a phone, toggles, checkboxes and tabs are big enough to tap easily.

Corrections to a car’s details stay in sync between the appraisal and Inventory.

The guided demo follows the same approval and history-check rules as a real dealership.

Fixed

Price, prep and offer changes apply only to the version you were looking at, and undoing an approval restores exactly what it changed.

Scrolling over a selected price field no longer changes the price.

A prep task retried after a lost connection is no longer added twice.

A broken working-hours setting no longer stops Home, Insights or the approval pages from opening.

Messages close when you switch language, and saving mileage on a phone no longer shifts the spec buttons.

v0.20.0 · Customer-first appraisals and explained offers

New

Appraisals now start with the customer, and record the warranty, the number of owners and notes.

The Offer step shows your offer against the maximum, with up to three reasons drawn from market data. The approver sees the same reasons.

Improved

Finance never sees an appraisal’s opening offer or maximum, on any screen or export. Finance

Each Branch’s own settings apply on every screen, and approval conditions read the same in Settings and Approval policies.

The guided demo never shows a history report that a real dealer paid for.

Fixed

An import check that never answers now fails with a Try again button.

Saved answers no longer block Submit.

A policy nobody is allowed to approve explains why it can’t be saved.

v0.19.0 · Saudi dealers and ad evaluation

New

Evaluate this listing shows what you’d offer for an ad before you ring the seller: the maximum and opening offer, priced from the ad’s own details, beside its asking price. Nothing is saved until you start an appraisal.

Paste any ad link on Tools, Verify an ad to open that listing. Its Verify panel shows where the price ranks, the competing ads, the same VIN listed elsewhere and the ad it was relisted from.

DealRevs is ready for Saudi dealers. A Saudi organisation works in riyals and reads Saudi Arabia and its regions on Home, Insights, Market, check prices, import and Help, and can filter Market listings by region.

For a Saudi organisation, the customer step takes a national ID or iqama, and the vehicle step records the plate, Istimara sequence number and expiry with its Hijri date. An unusual number warns but is kept as typed.

Entering a VIN fetches the car’s free UAE accident record in the background while you keep appraising, and a notice says when it lands. The approver sees what it found, and it never holds up approvals.

History checks follow the car’s regional spec. The Japanese auction check runs by itself when a car isn’t proven GCC, CARFAX runs by itself when history abroad is found, and anyone can run CARFAX by hand.

Cutting repair amounts well below the price book’s estimate asks for one reason at submit, and the approver sees each typed amount beside the book’s. Every change to a repair amount is recorded.

Whether photos are required before submitting is a setting in Settings, off by default. The approver sees how many of the required photos were taken.

A new approval policy, No damage found, can send offers on cars with no damage marked to a manager. It starts switched off, and the approver sees No damage found beside the photo count. Managers

Each Branch’s price book can price Moderate and Major damage and a windscreen repair. Until it does, the approver sees one line saying severity isn’t priced. Managers

Improved

Quick valuation’s grade sets the recon estimate, so a Poor car gets a lower maximum than an Excellent one. A reopened quick valuation shows the figures it was saved at, with today’s beside them.

Price confidence rates how many similar cars are for sale behind the median. Under 10 it reads Low, and a decision keeps the rating its approver saw.

The market chart opens on the car’s own trim, with the other trims and the whole model one tap away.

Days listed counts from when DealRevs first saw each ad, and median days listed says it’s AutoData’s figure. A chart saved with a decision says which ads are no longer in today’s market data.

A Saudi organisation’s offers don’t assume the UAE’s VAT margin scheme, its profit figures say VAT treatment isn’t reviewed yet, and its registration and inspection costs read not set until priced.

Keys are counted once, on the vehicle step, and a spare key the price book doesn’t price costs AED 0 instead of holding back the maximum.

A car picked from the catalogue is priced from its own body type, never assumed to be a saloon. When it isn’t known, the Vehicle step asks once.

An unusual VIN or chassis number is kept and labelled Not a standard VIN instead of refused, and very high mileage asks you to confirm it.

Switching an approval policy off asks why and says where the offers it covered will go. Managers

Look-to-book is one figure on Appraisals, Home and Insights, and Not bought counts lost, declined and expired offers. Home names your own Branches and has one search box.

On the Condition step, damage type and severity show every option, and each tap shows at once.

Fixed

An approver’s revised amounts stay on the right line when the pricing rule later changes, even when it sets that cost to 0.

Another open tab can no longer move an offer someone chose, and reloading mid-save no longer says your own offer was changed on another screen.

A closed or sold appraisal keeps its car when the same VIN is appraised again, and the New screen names and prices the record a new appraisal joins.

Inventory sorted by cost no longer gives away the cost of a car from a Branch whose costs you can’t see.

An old prep checklist can no longer let a car skip prep, and an undone decision’s notice is taken back from the appraiser.

A car’s page counts only the other cars of its model, and a listing says which comparison its price rank uses.

The inbox follows a language switch, the first press of a switch in an approval policy counts, and warnings on the Offer step are easier to read.

Every car the guided demo asks you to approve has its required photos.

v0.18.0 · Saudi pricing and approval rules

New

Saudi dealers get Saudi prices. A Saudi organisation’s quick valuations and appraisals are priced from AutoData’s KSA market in riyals, beside matching Saudi listings, and the appraisal keeps the basis it was priced on. When a Saudi value isn’t available, quick valuation says so instead of guessing.

Saudi listings arrive every day, after the UAE’s. A Saudi organisation’s Market opens on every site with prices in riyals and figures labelled AutoData, KSA with their date. A UAE dealer only ever sees UAE listings.

A two-step approval needs two different people by default: the manager who approved the first step can’t approve the second. Owners are never held to it. Only owners and admins can switch it off, and the reason is kept in Settings › Audit. Managers

Offers that look wrong are caught before they go out. An offer under half the maximum, or an approval or revision above the expected sale price, shows a warning with the loss and asks for a reason, and the decision keeps both. An amount that would be refused outright is named on its field before it’s sent.

An owner can approve their own offer or price change, and it’s recorded as a self-approval. Sales executives can never approve. Owners

An offer that no approval policy covers, and that is above the appraiser’s own limit, waits for the owner under “No policy matched” instead of being refused.

A pricing rule can set how much each service-history level moves the expected sale price. The offer shows it as its own line, and the decision keeps the share used at the time. Managers

The Roles page shows who approves what, up to what amount, in one table, and each limit is edited right in its cell.

A manager can add a one-off task to a car, such as a spare key or a registration renewal, with a person and a due date. It’s worked like a prep task but never holds back Ready for sale. Managers

The menu has an Auctions entry under Market, marked coming soon.

Improved

Every English screen says Inventory and Branch, from the menu and Settings to Insights, Help and the guided demo. Searching for the old names still finds the right page.

Every market figure names its source and time the same way, such as “Asking prices: AutoData, today 06:00”, once per screen. Quick valuation, the deal sheet, the car page and the appraisal show when market data is delayed.

An approval shows one overdue time on every screen, counted in the Branch’s working hours: Home, Appraisals, the approval page, the car page, the Waiting card and Insights all agree.

Inventory, Home and Insights agree. Unpriced cars, price to market and the position filter count the same cars everywhere, Sold cars and Overview count front gross and days to sell over every sale, and every figure hides below the same five cars. Owners

A listing has one deal rating on Market, its own page, Home’s best buys and search, and Best deal sorts by it. A removed ad says Ad removed with its date instead of offering a dead link.

A car’s “past target” rating compares its days in Inventory with its own days to sell, the same figure as the Speed column, and says which one it used.

The appraisal’s market card shows one snapshot time and one comparison, fits a phone, and At submission is always one tap back when today’s market isn’t available.

The deal sheet adds up to the maximum it shows, the live price sheet shows retail when there’s no wholesale offer, and the VAT card stays right after VAT is confirmed.

Holding cost nobody has set reads “not set” instead of AED 0 on the deal sheet, the car page, the offer calculator and Insights.

Searching for an exact stock number, VIN, the last digits of a VIN or an appraisal reference puts that record first.

The Appraisals list reaches every row, finds searches of several words and shows the full VIN. Export downloads every appraisal the tab and search match, needs export permission and is recorded.

The Inventory list names the view you picked, opens its filters below the top bar, and gathers the notes you act on into one banner with a button to the cars it means.

Prep follows the Branch’s saved checklist, and a filtered board says how many cars it shows, such as “4 of 14 cars”. Settings refuses a checklist with no required step, which would leave cars stuck in prep.

Photos fill the eight required slots first, every tile says Required or Optional, and on a phone Skip moves to the next slot. Sales

Add vehicle decodes the VIN by itself once the mileage is in, and Save points to the field that’s missing.

Home’s links open the step or decision they name, its queue rows say which job they are and match the figures, and “Nothing needs you right now” appears once.

Insights opens on your own Branches, as Home and Inventory do, and shows only the tabs your role can open.

On a phone, the car steps’ lists open below their fields, keys start at Not counted, and history checks say they need a 17-character VIN. The decision sheet shows the approval policy’s full wording.

Settings finds a section by the words dealers use, such as approvals or prep board, and shows each person only what applies to them.

A record you aren’t allowed to open says so within a second, with the real reason.

Arabic reads one way for not set, opening offer and front gross, and Inventory’s search box shows its whole placeholder right to left. Coloured labels are easier to read in both languages.

The guided demo’s Ready cars follow the real Ready rule, its Nissan Patrol photos show the car, and a lost signal while switching person no longer ends the demo.

Fixed

An appraisal priced on AutoData’s reference value can be submitted when the car has listings, and the offer card no longer shows the listings’ confidence beside it.

An offer calculator setting outside its range no longer gets a live price refused at submit. The starter value is used and the field says why.

Undoing an approval puts the offer back with its reminders and escalation, and the appraiser is only told about decisions that still stand.

Tapping GCC straight after typing the mileage, in quick valuation or a new appraisal, is no longer lost.

Choices made on the customer step while the name is saving, such as language, contact preference and consent, are no longer lost and can be reached from the keyboard.

A capture step that stops working shows Try again and keeps what you saved, instead of the whole screen going blank.

A slow connection no longer holds back the page, and the market delayed banner no longer pushes the page down after it loads.

The desktop top bar stays in place, amounts no longer show through a phone’s tab bar, large offers wrap on the offer card, and dialogs opened from the keyboard take focus. On a phone, an appraisal’s back arrow goes to a page your role can open.

Improved

Screens explain less. Lines that repeated what the label already said are gone, definitions and policies sit behind an info button, and a caveat shows only when it applies.

Every page shares one frame, so the title and first card stay put as you move between pages. Key figures line up, and rows that scroll sideways fade at the edge to show there’s more.

On a large monitor, from 1680 px wide, the whole screen scales up in proportion, charts included, instead of small text in empty space.

On Appraisals, arrow keys move between views. Changing the view, period, Branch or search keeps the counts on screen while the list loads.

On a phone, appraisal cards show the customer’s full name instead of cutting it.

Fixed

Home no longer tells an owner nothing needs them while a price change is waiting for approval. Owners

Improved

Home, appraisals, the car page and Market searches open noticeably faster. Moving the pointer down Inventory no longer slows the car you then open.

At 1280 px the Inventory, Appraisals and Market tables fit beside the menu without scrolling sideways, and long car names wrap instead of being cut. The inbox uses the full page width, and Insights chart labels no longer overlap.

Prices, costs and key figures line up in columns, so amounts are easier to compare down a list.

Text is easier to read. Sizes are whole steps, nothing you read is smaller than 12 px, and the app uses three weights.

In Arabic at desktop width, the demo bar stays on one row, and Inventory’s age labels and pending-price notes wrap instead of being cut.

Fixed

Cost fields asked for amounts without VAT, while a car’s total cost and profit count costs as paid. They now ask for the amount as paid, VAT included, so profit isn’t overstated.

Printed offer and customer sheets no longer come out unstyled in a plain font. They use the app’s own fonts, with amounts lined up, and wait for the fonts before printing.

A tab you tap while a page is still loading keeps its focus.

New

Home’s Present offer row opens the Present the offer sheet straight away, and the hand-over row has a Check and take button.

Improved

Days to sell follow one rule on the appraisal, Inventory and the car page: your own sales of the same model, a year either way, across all Branches in the last 12 months. The figure no longer changes with the Branch filter.

Home, Insights and Inventory count and flag the same cars as above market or needing attention.

Home and Market open faster, and a typed Market search answers sooner.

Screen readers and voice control use the words each control shows. Keyboard focus moves to each new appraisal step.

Damage marks and their labels are easy to read in every severity.

Quick valuation and the market preview follow the Branch you’re working in.

Fixed

Photos keep uploading when the appraisal saves at the same moment, and a failed shot offers Retake.

A price typed as the car page opens is kept, not replaced by the suggested price.

A VAT review marked not needed is asked again if the dealer registers for VAT, and the VAT choice starts empty so finance picks it. Finance

The approve button says when an offer goes on to the next approver instead of claiming it’s ready. Managers

The early-settlement fee on a trade-in never prefills above the 1% limit.

Groups with more than 100 Branches can open the appraisals list, Insights and Inventory.

Menus offer only pages you can open, and Workflows leads to the prep board when the Branch in use doesn’t show it.

Insights in Arabic no longer reloads itself. Account names, car names and chart legends read correctly in Arabic.

In the guided demo, a price change on a car applies and Inventory counts it against the market.

The inbox no longer promises market alerts that are never sent, and the prep board’s last empty column reads “Nothing ready to hand over”.

v0.13.0 · Price sheet and Revise and approve

New

The offer step has a price sheet. Pick whether the offer, the profit or the sale price moves, and see the retail and wholesale exits side by side. Only people who see costs see it, and the approved sheet stays on the appraisal.

Revise and approve lets an approver change an offer’s lines and approve the new version in one step. The appraisal shows “Version 2, revised from version 1” with the changes and the reason. Managers

The guided demo has a 3-minute tour, four role tours and a ten-chapter walkthrough, with a Tours menu that shows your progress.

Improved

Help matches the screens: 36 how-tos, a guide for each role and a glossary of 59 terms, in English and Arabic.

Guided demo tours sit in the right place in Arabic and on a phone, and never cover the buttons they point to.

Fixed

Two tabs on the same appraisal can no longer overwrite each other’s offer unseen. DealRevs shows both amounts and asks which to keep.

An offer no longer saves itself over and over when the opening offer changes, and submit sends the figure on screen.

A revised offer keeps its original approval deadline, so an overdue offer stays overdue.

Keyboard focus shows again on tabs, chips and spec buttons.

v0.12.0 · Trade-in deals and rebuilt Insights

New

A trade-in can be agreed with the customer before hand-over. The Agree the deal sheet sets the allowance and how any amount over your value is covered, and the customer sheet prints in English and Arabic or goes by WhatsApp in the customer’s language. Agreed deals have their own view and a Home tile.

At hand-over, a short phone check records mileage, new damage and keys. Within 3,000 km and no new damage the car comes in at your value; otherwise the offer goes back for approval. Each car then gets an ownership transfer checklist, and shows “Not transferred” until the transfer is ticked.

Insights is rebuilt as Overview, Inventory, Buying, People, Sold cars and Market. Overview shows cars sold, front gross, month-end pace, money tied up in Inventory and turn; Buying follows appraisals through to sale and why deals were lost; Sold cars compares plan against actual. Every figure explains how it’s worked out.

Any market chart expands to nearly full screen, with filters for years, spec, trims, mileage, sites and emirates, zoom and colour options. Hovering a dot shows the listing, and its panel shows price history and an archived copy of the ad.

Each Branch can keep a reconditioning price book. The condition step prices each mark and check from it, a car not yet inspected gets an estimate marked as such, and a line with no price must be filled in before submit.

Improved

The owner’s Home is the work queue plus four tiles from Insights Overview, so Home and Insights always agree. Owners

Settings can be searched, and settings that changed nothing are gone. Every price stays the same.

Fixed

A car of unknown spec no longer shows as GCC. The chart says “Regional spec unknown, compared with GCC cars”.

On an appraisal, the listing panel compares each ad with your expected sale price instead of repeating the median.

New

One market chart shows every listing of the same model, with this car’s trim picked out, ads that left the market in the last 30 days and your own cars of that model. It appears on appraisals, Market search, quick valuation and every car in Inventory.

Every market card rates its price confidence as High, Medium or Low, with a score and “Why this rating”. Alerts flag a thin market, a wide spread, unusual mileage, an unknown trim, data older than 72 hours and an aged car you already hold.

A new appraisal shows the market as soon as the VIN is decoded or the car is picked, before anything is saved.

Plan against actual sits on the car page for every car that leaves: what you planned when you bought it against what happened. Sending a car to wholesale asks for a reason and records that day’s market value.

Insights shows outcomes by car, by person and by model. Everyone sees their own results without money, and managers see the team, never ranked by default.

The Lost and declined view lists the deals you didn’t buy by how close they came, with the customer’s figure and the gap. Home shows how many weren’t bought yesterday and how many were within AED 5,000.

Improved

Price against market reads one way everywhere, as “96% of market”, with the money gap beside it.

The guided demo uses AutoData’s market data, and any illustrative figure says so instead of carrying AutoData’s name and time.

v0.10.0 · Cars outside the catalogue and Saudi Arabic

New

You can price a car AutoData doesn’t list. When an offer rests on a typed sale price, the approver sees who typed it and when, with a warning that no market data backs it. If the typed price can’t cover recon, costs and profit, the offer asks for a reason and goes to the owner.

Approval rules can now match cars outside the catalogue, offers priced from a typed figure and offers with no maximum. Two ready-made rules route them to a manager or the owner, and both can be edited. Managers

A manager can correct a car in Inventory, by picking it from the catalogue or typing it, with a reason. The sheet says what will change first, the asking price stays, and the correction is logged on the car and its appraisal. Managers

Improved

Cars with no market comparison no longer drop out of sight. Once they pass the aged mark they appear in the reprice queue on Home, Cars to push, Needs attention in Inventory and a new Insights card, marked “No market comparison”.

Arabic across the app, Help and the guided demo uses Saudi trade terms. Market search understands Saudi phrasing for years, mileage and specs, and imports accept Saudi column names.

Imports accept chassis numbers and model years from 1950, and check them for duplicates.

Home’s price matrix keeps priced cars without a market comparison in their own group, instead of counting them as unpriced. Managers

Offers priced from a typed figure are left out of offer against recommended, so they don’t skew Home, Insights or coaching.

Fixed

Market photos show straight away instead of staying broken until a refresh.

New

Any car can be appraised. Type a car that isn’t in the catalogue, mark a variant as not listed, enter a chassis number instead of a VIN, or correct the car on your own draft. A car without catalogue data is priced from your expected sale price, with a clear warning of what’s missing.

The guided demo follows one trade-in through three people: a salesperson values and appraises it, a manager approves and prices it, and the owner reads the numbers. Each stop plays the steps on the real screen and stops for you to make the decisions.

Colleagues get a presenter walkthrough of the guided demo, with notes on what to say, what’s real and what not to promise. A demo bar keeps exit, switch person and restart in view.

Improved

When one person approves both steps of a two-step approval, the banner says the next step is theirs too. Managers

When there’s no reference value, the screen says why: no exact variant, no mileage, not found or unavailable.

Fixed

A typed asking price is set with one tap in Is it priced right?, and the price field keeps exactly what you type.

On a phone, messages no longer cover Save and Convert after a quick valuation.

A car whose year isn’t in the catalogue keeps its make, model and trim, with a warning.

Several colleagues in one office can open the guided demo at the same time.

The photo step says No photos yet before any are taken, and initials ignore brackets and symbols.

New

Market listings show the ad’s photos, specs and price history. Seller names and the VIN stay hidden.

Tap any car photo, including the big one at the top of the car page, to open it full screen and swipe through the rest.

Market search starts on dubizzle and DubiCars listings, the sites dealers trust most. Show all sites is one tap away, and market figures still use every site.

DealRevs can be added to a phone’s home screen like an app.

Improved

A tap shows loading straight away, and a tap made before the page has finished loading is carried out once it’s ready.

Market screens and market Insights open much faster.

The guided demo has many more appraisals and Inventory cars, with real model photos, condition, damage and history. It says some of its data is illustrative instead of all of it.

v0.6.0 · Market dates and photos into Inventory

New

Every market number shows AutoData as its source and the date it’s from, and says so when the overnight update is late. A submitted valuation keeps its own date.

Quick valuation and the appraisal share one step to identify the car: a VIN or the catalogue, then the variant with how sure the match is, from exact match to the decoder’s guess. A slow VIN lookup offers the catalogue after a few seconds, and catalogue search forgives typos.

Appraisal photos follow the car into Inventory. The full-size original is kept privately, and anyone allowed to see the car can download it.

The car page can send a car to wholesale and bring it back to retail, replacing auctions.

A new car in Inventory shows the market median its appraisal was priced from until its own market position arrives overnight, with the date and number of listings.

Improved

Appraising on a phone survives a weak signal or an expired sign-in. Answers save again when the connection returns, photos wait and upload after you sign back in, and a grade tapped while signed out is kept. Choose from library sits beside the camera.

After submitting, the salesperson sees the manager’s decision arrive on the same screen without reloading. Sales

Home is useful for every role from the start. Buyers see offers waiting, appraisals in play, cars bought and on the way, and aged Inventory; sales see ready cars oldest first when there’s no market comparison yet.

The inbox stops counting a request someone else already decided, says it’s no longer waiting for you, and names policies in your language. Home, the appraisals badge and Waiting for me count the same requests. Managers

Approval cards show approve, request changes and decline each with their own icon, colour and sentence.

Once VAT is confirmed, the appraisal shows who confirmed it and their role. Pending VAT says finance or the owner confirms it.

Total cost in Inventory says when it leaves out estimates and shows the estimated amount beside it. Finance

Sign-ins last 90 days, ending after 30 days unused. Invitations from AutoData name AutoData as the sender.

Car names read properly, for example 2021 Toyota Corolla XLI, across Inventory, Home and search.

Arabic reads correctly in more places: plurals, colours, fuel and drive, default policy names and English names inside Arabic text.

Fixed

The price field steps by AED 100, so the price shown is the price saved. A price change on a car that isn’t aged no longer defaults its reason to Aged stock.

Someone who can only view a Branch sees which team changes price and status, instead of a greyed-out Reprice with no reason.

Someone whose access was removed is told they no longer have access, instead of that their session ended.

Leaving an approval policy or photo setting with unsaved edits asks before discarding them.

A photo taken offline says it’s waiting for signal, and checks on a car picked from the catalogue say they need the VIN.

On a phone, action buttons and the market chart labels fit the screen, and messages no longer cover the tab bar.

Sign-in with an empty password says what’s missing, and the activity log no longer shows blank car names or the wrong damage severity.

New

A one-person dealership can work from day one. When the owner is the only person who could approve an offer or a price change, they approve it themselves and it’s recorded as a self-approval. Owners

Improved

DealRevs focuses on appraisal, approvals and Inventory pricing. The deal desk, the market buy panel, Ask, saved reports and pins, saved searches, the shortlist, listing watches, WhatsApp, the listings and dealer-system connections, the portfolio page and the settings history view are removed. Help stays in the app.

An approval policy can’t be saved when none of the people it names could approve at its amount. Managers

Costs are entered as paid, including VAT.

Permission names are plainer: See prep rules, and Manage approval and prep rules.

Fixed

A new dealership can submit its first offer and set its first price straight away. When an offer can’t be sent for approval, the review step says why instead of Submit doing nothing.

An offer you haven’t set follows the opening offer as the condition grade comes in, so a slow phone no longer saves an out-of-date offer above the maximum.

Improved

A market figure appears against a car only when DealRevs can show the car matches the catalogue it was priced from. If it can’t, no price or suggestion uses it, and the raw listings stay visible.

Market filters stay set as you move around, clearing a model clears its trims, and each active filter can be removed on its own.

Fixed

Quick valuation and a new appraisal keep the car and mileage you entered when the catalogue fails to load, and Retry picks up where you were.

Arabic lists keep model names such as 145 L3 in the right order, and Retry is easier to tap on a phone.

Improved

Ask keeps customers’ phone numbers and other personal digits private when it works out an answer, while still understanding car years, models and reporting periods. Asked to filter by budget or mileage, it says plainly that it can’t yet.

Help search keeps what you typed while the page finishes loading.

Fixed

Confirming your identity again before a sensitive action no longer starts a second sign-in.

Sorting Inventory on a phone works in English and Arabic.

Keyboard users get a visible focus ring and dropdowns that follow the keyboard in order, and low-contrast text is easier to read.

The sign-in page opens in your language, and a car’s link back to its original appraisal shows only to people allowed to open it.

New

Type the car instead of the VIN. Entries such as “2025 BMW i5”, “Model 3” or “RX300” suggest matching cars from the AutoData catalogue, in English or Arabic, and an uncertain match shows how confident it is. It works in Quick valuation, a new appraisal, adding a car to Inventory and market filters.

A help centre in English and Arabic covers each task and role, with screenshots of the real app and step-by-step walkthroughs. Help in the app and Ask point to the same articles.

Connect your existing DMS from Settings, under Integrations, and see each sync and any failure. Branch listing feeds for portals follow your publishing, price and photo rules, and a price coming in from outside waits for someone to review it. Managers

Save reports in Insights. A saved report recalculates with your current access each time you open it.

The guided demo is open to invited evaluators, who sign in with a code sent by email. It starts faster and shows real progress while your dealership is prepared.

Improved

Search helps before you type, with recent items, saved searches, car suggestions and shortcuts for your role.

Inspection photos upload faster and thumbnails load quickly. Buttons across the app show when something is saving, when it failed and how to retry.

Home and Insights agree on approval times and market coverage. Data that’s missing is labelled unavailable instead of showing as zero.

On a phone, More reaches Reports and Help, every Inventory view is easy to find, and pending price decisions sit up front.

Sign-ins end after a period of inactivity, and changing someone’s access asks you to confirm your password or code again.

Notification settings say plainly which channels are available. WhatsApp inbox alerts ask for your consent first, and again whenever your number changes.

Fixed

Opening a car in Inventory no longer crashes the page.

A reservation keeps the customer’s name, sale and transfer forms open with the car’s current details, and scheduled dates follow the dealership’s time zone.

Sales staff no longer see prep costs, and cost documents follow the same access as costs.

Reopening a saved quick valuation and changing the year no longer brings back a different car.

Searching a make and year, such as “Toyota 2022”, lists only models made that year.

New

The whole used-car flow works end to end. Appraise a car, get the offer approved, take it into Inventory, prep it, price it against the market and follow it through deals and auctions, with Home and Insights showing where things stand, in English and Arabic.

Bring your existing Inventory in from a spreadsheet. Every row is checked before anything is added, VINs are decoded, and an import can be undone for 24 hours without losing work done since.

DealRevs works on a phone. Tabs match your role, Create starts new work, search and Ask open full screen, and the Arabic layout reads right to left.

Settings sets up your organisation, Branches and working calendars, team access, offer and pricing rules, templates and notifications. Branch names and job titles can be given in Arabic too.

Help has guides for each role, searchable how-tos and a glossary, in English and Arabic.

Offers and price drops go through approval chains. A new dealership starts with ready-made approval policies and a working calendar, the owner can approve high-value offers from day one, and every decision keeps the figures it was based on. Managers

The guided demo gives each visitor their own fictional dealership, with cars, appraisals, approvals and deals already in it. Demo cars use matching model pictures, labelled as illustrations rather than inspection photos.

Improved

Market figures count each car once, even when it’s advertised several times. Listing counts, medians and deal ratings are no longer inflated by repeat adverts.

Days to sell comes only from cars that actually left your market, never from how long adverts have been up.

Market status says when the data is late or only partly covered, and gives the reason.

Fixed

Recent items in search belong to the person signed in, so a shared computer never shows the previous user’s records.

Unsaved changes in Settings stay put while the page refreshes, and a save goes through only if nobody else changed that setting first.

A cheaper advert with the wrong year, trim or mileage no longer hides a genuine comparable car.
